Aftermarket Products
Elevate Graphics is an independent aftermarket automotive graphics company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any vehicle manufacturer.
All vehicle manufacturer names and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify vehicle compatibility.
Product Appearance
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors may appear differently depending on your computer, phone, display settings, lighting conditions, vehicle paint color, and other factors.
Minor variations in vinyl color or appearance may also occur between materials or production batches.
Check Your Product Before Installation
Please inspect your order before beginning installation. Confirm that you received the correct product, design, color, size, and other selected options.
If you believe you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, do not install it. Contact Elevate Graphics before installation so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Products that have already been installed, altered, cut, modified, or partially used may not be eligible for return or replacement except where required by applicable law.
Installation
Proper installation is the responsibility of the customer or installer. Customers should follow the installation instructions provided with the product.
Elevate Graphics is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, road hazards, failure to follow installation instructions, or other circumstances outside of our control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you choose to have a third-party installer, body shop, sign shop, tint shop, or other professional install the product, the selection and use of that installer is the customer's responsibility. Elevate Graphics is not responsible for installation charges or damage caused by a third-party installer.
If a product is damaged during installation, a replacement may need to be purchased.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate Graphics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or misuse of our products.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns of eligible, unused products within 30 days of the original order date.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with all original pieces.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Items that have been installed, partially used, damaged, altered, or returned more than 30 days after the original order date are not eligible for return.
Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product due to an error on our part, please contact us before installation so we can help resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact Elevate Graphics Inc. at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page. Please include your order information and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
This is much clearer than the old long paragraph, and—importantly—the major terms correspond with what you showed me in Merchant Center: 30 days + customer pays return shipping + 20% restocking fee.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Elevate Graphics offers free standard shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional charge.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Certain specialty colors or products may require up to 3 business days for processing.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected, package requirements, and destination.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may include services such as 2-Day or Next-Day delivery. The stated delivery time refers to the carrier's estimated transit time after the order has been processed and shipped.
Selecting expedited shipping does not necessarily mean the order will arrive one or two days after the order is placed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
PO Boxes
Some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes because of package size or carrier restrictions. A physical shipping address may be required for these orders.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Available countries, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout.
